ERIN CONDREN LIFE PLANNER QUALITY & USAGE
Of course, the price of the Erin Condren means nothing if the quality of the planner isn’t good. Take it from me – the quality is amazing. The covers are very sturdy and laminated, and snap in and out of the planner easily. The pages are very thick and sturdy as well. The tabs included on the side for separating the months are also laminated, so I haven’t had any issues with those bending or getting damaged. Finally, the coil is very strong, too – it doesn’t bend or get messed up like regular notebooks. As you can see, the quality is top notch!
In the end, I think the Erin Condren Life Planner is 100% worth the price so long as you are going to use it! Make your planner your new best friend, and it will treat you well. After just two months of using my planner, I find that I am more organized than ever. I immediately add appointments, bills, and events to my planner, and that way I never forget about them. I also use the notes pages for shopping lists, and the monthly calendar to track my blog and YouTube posts. I am so happy I finally made the investment in an Erin Condren Life Planner. I love my ECLP. Since I started using it, I used to be terrible at organizing my bills. Now I don’t have that problem! Just got that, it’s worth it to me!

I love the idea of an ECLP, and they are soooo gorgeous, but my issue with them is the size. They’re just too big! I currently use an A5 planner and it’s perfect to throw in my bag and take with me.
Do you mean thickness-wise? The ECLP is a bit hefty, but it’s a 7×9 so it’s smaller than the average printer paper. I don’t find it too big for my bag, but for a normal purse it would be.
I meant size wise, my current one is 5×8 and it works for me. I’m not too worried about thickness, I like hefty 🙂 Do you have any problems with pen bleeding? Is the paper nice and smooth? I’m really considering buying one, but since I live in Australia, once I figure in postage and the exchange rate I’m looking at about AU$100
Regular pens work great – no bleeding. The pages are thick and smooth. A Sharpie bleeds through, but I use that to write on stickers. I definitely recommend the investment if you plan on using it!
